sororities

I will be a transfer student next Fall. I'm already a member of Phi Theta Kappa. However, I am interested in possibly joining another sorority. I am super driven and I want to be a part of something great. I know most sororities are considered 'sisterhoods', but I've also heard things that go against that. I'm wanting to join a sorority with genuine and interesting people that also truly doc are about their community and what's going on around them. I've heard a lot of conflicting statements about some of the sororities at the U of A. So, I'm just hoping to get honest opinions and advice about which sororities are truly genuine.

Honestly, you should join a service club. I don't think a social sorority is what you are looking for.

I know of two Phi Theta Kappa women who transferred from JCs, and they went Sigma Kappa and Alpha Phi. YMMV.
