Sigma Chi is definitely not top tier especially since they're loosing their house on greek row next year. That was obviously posted by a guy in SX

you can't be a frat based on kids who didn't get into the top frats and be a good frat. therefore sigma chi sucks

2. FIJI
3. DChi
4. Pike

FIJI is the top house.
SAE is going downhill but still top tier, their hazing is out of control.
Sigma chi would be top tier if they weren't losing their house
PIKE is middle tier with sigma chi and dchi
then beta, theta chi and other irrelevant fraternities
