Every frat and sorority has off campus houses they throw down at.
What are there names for each?
Like PiKapp has the gate & nautical and SAE has the teener.. etc.

SAE= Teener
Pi Kapp= The Gate, Nautical, Jungle, Compound, and next year Pi Kapps movin into the Teener

how can pi kapp move to the teener? teener is on campus and they are no longer a frat. talk about asking for trouble. cops will be living there

1st of all, the teener is NOT on campus.
2nd the landlord didn't want to rent it out to SAE again, so he chose to rent to Pi Kapp.
