it depends.
Arizona is not a "southern school"
Theta Chi, as mentioned dresses "frat" but those kids use TFM as their guidelide so that shows how much they really know.
Most frat guys dress fairly similar, Tanks, Polos and Frat Tees are the norm here.
Don't use TFM as a deciding factor, each guy in each house has their own style, when you rush don't factor in how the guys dress as to how good they are. SAE's in my opinion dress horribly but theyre still considered one of the best houses. OX on the other hand dresses like they came from a VV magazine, yet they're a pretty bad fraternity.
It's all up to what house you fit into.
