I'm a legacy here, gonna be a freshman next fall. Do you guys see them doing well in their first year back at the frat house?

They are loaded. I heard that they are putting $100,000 renovations on the house after sigma chi moves out. They'll have a solid pledge class the next few semesters so It definitely won't take them 6 years to be good. But honestly, I've never even seen any of these guys on campus.
