Pi Kappa Phi Properties owns the property. They're in trouble w/ the university for hazing etc. Nationals gettin fed up with their shenanigans. Probably will level the house sell the land and so it goes gonna miss them.

they'd just rent it out to another fraternity until they come back. That is assuming their nationals pull their charter rather than just reorganizing the chapter, which there is no evidence they've done aside from the Greekrank rumor mill.

that's their interim suspension while they're being investigated by nationals, and everyone already knew that. The final verdict hasn't been decided.

this doesnt mean theyre kicked, theyre probably just under a reorg like what happened to DTD and Beta a couple years ago. Theyll probably get a lot of sanctions imposed and kick some members.

Most likely. They'll probably take a hit in the ratings for a while, but I doubt their nationals put them on interim just to pull the plug. Kicking out some members, sanctions, etc are SOP for most nationals in this sort of situation these days if they'd done something really over the top I could see it, but for the level of the stuff they're in trouble for, I'd see it more as a reorg.

Pi Kapps on suspension so no one will know whats the verdict until later. houses are on high demand so they could sell it. or go through a reorg. dont think they will be off the social scene, theyre too known and popular on campus to die.
