currently no information online to support any change in circumstances. It's possible I suppose, but given that there is no report of a change, and that this was a suspension from their nationals rather than the school, I wouldn't believe it just yet.

If they do get kicked I figure that the school will probably knock their house down like they did with SIGEP a couple years back, the school wants that land back.

how do you know they are losing the house in the first place? Dont they own it, they could lease it to some schmuck fraternity until theyre back on after 5 years, like kappa sig did

is no evidence beyond rumors on this site that they're going anywhere just yet. If they own the house they'll lease it out until they come back, the school can't do anything with it.

Pi Kapp is gone, for sure, so someone is getting their house, I don't think it is ZBT. Also funding for Sigma Chi fell through on building their house, so I heard that they are looking at Pi Kapps. I think it should be condemned, but I guess a house is in high demand
