scared to join a sorority now

by: help

After reading through this website I am starting to get scared to join a sorority. I want the sisterhood experience, most definitely. But it's also a plus to hang with the frats. What if I get put in a bottom tier sorority? Am I going to be looked down on by all other girls involved in greek life and never be invited to any of the "top" frat parties? This ish is stressing me out. All this rating crap.....

this site isnt even close to accurate as far as frat and sorority rankings go. And frats dont invite sororities to parties really its not organized most of the time any girls can go to any frat. Sorority labels can either help or hurt if you are in greek life for your reputation.

Don't be scared. All sororities go to the frats, all frats. If there is a specific one frat one sorority party, obviously its only for them but besides that most nights everyone parties with everyone.

Speaking as someone who this site puts in the "bottom tier," your social life will not lack just because of your house. Every house has a mix of beautiful and smart girls, goes out, has date dashes, etc. I can only speak for my sisterhood, but it has made college for me knowing that I have someone to turn to and have my back. I am sure girls in all houses, regardless of their "tier" feel exactly the same way. Don't be afraid of rush! Go in, be yourself, relax, and have fun. Also, ignore this site, because the ranking system is horrible. I cannot say whether another house has a better sisterhood or not, and neither can anyone else. People here can only speak for their own experiences.
