Bottom: Zeta Psi, Phi Delt, TDX, Theta Xi, AKL

I would say this is a fair list. I believe Pi Kapp is rising this year they’re doing pretty well. Pike is a top house (great parties, and girls love em) they also had a very good PC. AEPis rough PCs are bringing them down now. Sig Ep is going downhill.
