SAE isnt relevant much, super hard pledge semester and their PCs have been declining because of the rise of FIJI and D Chi

DG is solid middle cause they aren't moving up or down..

Kappa and DG have been middle for years, but they are now both better than Theta, who has such a bad rep it will take years and years to recover. Frats avoid Theta big time. The best frats love APhi and Pi Phi girls.

You can't have Pi Kapp in your ranks and DCHI isn't considered an overall top tier house.
