what's the stereotype of kappa as opposed to pi phi?

I hear they're both really kind & 'wife material'. Plus they're both top houses but what separates a kappa from a pi Phi?
I want genuine answers!!! I'm not trying to bash on either. Only nice answers plz

kappas have a reputation for being crazy obviously not all of them are i know really sweet kappas but there are some who definitely live up to it
