sophomore rush

Honestly there's definitely a disadvantage when rushing as a sophomore cause everyone wants freshman. I rushed as a sophomore and it was kind of discouraging getting dropped by so many houses. I ended up in a bottom house but in just s few short weeks I've met some of my best friends and even though it's not perfect it's still been a really good experience

I know a couple of sophomores who got alpha phi. I know a couple who got axo. I preffed a "top" and "bottom" house. Either way you'll end up where you belon, and if u go into rush with a mindset of "I need to be in a top house" you're gonna hate what u receive hahahah

i preffed two top houses and i know a lot of other sophomores who did too. honestly just work on your gpa, making friends in houses you want to be in and don't get a rep as a mean girl and you'll be fine

I rushed as a sophomore and had a full schedule all week and got into a top house. It just depends on who you are as a person, being a sophomore has nothing to do with it. There is no disadvantage im telling you right from experience there isn’t one.

Just be kind, respectful, and show each chapter who your true self is. There’s a house for everyone and there’s one for you too!
