Would any Fraternities consider me being an out of state transfer junior? Is it too late to rush for fall or do I have to wait for spring rush?
If any Fraternities would consider an out if state junior transfer, what can i do to increase my chances to get a bid?

What do you need to bring?
Maturity and grades are probably the two biggest things that will make you stand out from a bunch of 18 year olds.
My fraternity has bid juniors before (not a ton but maybe 1-2 a year) and we usually look for someone who a) we like a ton and could hang out with and b) someone who can really make a difference in the chapter in their 2 years their.
