odds of getting your first choice

I want my first choice so bad. what are the odds that I end up with that house?

Relax. There's no way to know the odds. You're lucky if you made it this far with houses you like. Take whatever bid you get and make the most of it.

Holy cow how are there so many posts asking the same thing?

OF COURSE you want your first choice. Everyone wants their first choice! But you'll get over it if you don't get it. So many PNMs get their second choice and they end up fine. It won't be the end of the world. You'll be fine.

There is no magic number. No one can tell you what your "chances" are. No one knows. This percentage or whatever you're looking for doesn't exist. We won't know until after recruitment how many girls got their first choice.
