Listen. Top houses like Alpha phi may take more members in the fall or spring, but its not going to be girls they've never met before. It's going to be best friends, sisters, and roommates of girls that are already in the house.
Houses like cob are interested in meeting new girls to offer bids. But if it's a middle or top tier house you're after, you have to be invited to cob.

Alpha Phi didn't do it last year I checked because I wanted to do it last year but was told their pc was full, or I was lied to lol. But I know Sigma for sure did it and Tri Delta too. Sigma did it more discrete and Tri Delt set themselves up on the mall.
