theta doesn't seem middle tier

The girls at theta were honestly super sweet and down to earth and pretty I don't really understand why they're middle tier. I'd think they rank above kappa for sure

There's always room for changes in the ranks. Theta might move to upper middle or lower top depending on the girls they rush along with the other sororities. I wouldn't say they're at the bottom of the middle right now but they're definitely not top tier. Seems like they've been getting a lot of positive feedback this year so who knows

Went to their house these past three sets and thought the same. Except I did talk to some kind of not so cute girls but most were really cute and funny. Seems like they don't really have a look though cause some girls are totally opposite looking and acting then the others and usually houses have the same look? But still love the house and majority of the girls I met, only like a small amount are what makes it look "middle tier", seems like a good choice for any pnm though!

Chill house, on the rise, but far from kappas ranking. If they rush a good PC and show up for PC parties this year then they have a chance at being equal or even passing Sigma.

theta has gotten a lot of positive attention especially this year. As long as they recruit some baddies then I'm sure they will continue to gain popularity

Was a top house until they got knocked by Nationals in like 2010. It takes a while to move back up

Hahaha I just got a bid from alpha phi and theta was my second choice. I know plenty of beautiful girls who are thetas or preffed theta. Certainly more than 10

Theta definitely had a strong rush this year from what I have seen. They should be gaining some positive attention and I believe can be equal if not better than sigma this year

Honestly theta is probably the winner for the most upgraded PC they did really good
