open bid?
by: HeyyyyyDo houses after rush keep bidding? I was just wondering because a friend of mine missed the rush dead line and wanted to know if houses still accepted PNMs even after rush? I mean she could spring rush but just asking!

Only houses that are under total will do open bidding. And actually, this year they may not be allowed to do it until ASA colonizes. If your friend wants to do that she should. If not, she should wait until afterwards and probably tri delt/axo/aephi will be doing open bidding.
