its because they honestly dont do much. they dont seem to really care about their grades their apperance on campus their image they are just sorta ratchet and like to get blacked

Because rankings here are all about looks and their looks are a lower look.

They're relatively new. Colonized in 2009. But they've been on the up and up since they've been here. I'd even say they're the bottom of middle tier now. Very similar to theta.

you can't trust anything you read on this website, all of the positive comments are made by adpis. They are rising, especially the past few years, but they're still a lower house.

Adpi isn't a bottom house! They are about equal with theta & sigma kappa, still hang out with "top" frats and still have a strong presence on campus

ADPi isn't a bottom house they're a middle tier but not equivalent to theta and sigma, below theta and sigma but still not bottom.

Honestly going through recruitment this week without knowing anything I thought adpi, delta gamma and alpha phi were top houses. This website seems so unreliable because everyone I talked to was awesome and I'd love a bid from their house!

Came back onto campus in like 08 and was a bottom house, they've been building their way up but it takes a while. They are a lot better than they were even a few years ago though. I don't think they'll ever be top though.
