If someone rush crushes you, are you way more likely to get a bid?? Even if it's to a house that has a lot of rush crushes?

More likely. But it's not a sure thing. Also you'll have no idea whether or not someone is actually rush crushing on you. Actives are supposed to act like they're in love with you.
