rushing with a low gpa
by: jjjIm transferring this fall to the University of Arizona. I really would like to rush. I've always wanted to be in a sorority. Unfortunately due to some circumstances my GPA is not where it needs to be. Is it still possible to get into a house? I know most of the top houses will most likely drop me but are getting into the top ones even a possibility either?

Top houses are not a possibility with a low gpa. Even if you are a total package pnm minus the grades (gorgeous, social, involved etc) why would a top house bid you when they can bid a total package pnm who DOES have a good gpa?
Middle and lower tier houses are great here. Seriously. You'll get just as great of an experience in a lower tier house contrary to what you may read on this website.
Go into rush with an open mind.
