Get a bid at either of those houses first buddy. That's step one and it's not as easy as you think. You can't just join any fraternity you want, especially a top house. Not saying you can't get a bid, I don't know you, but just don't get your hopes up on those two, be open minded. Except theta chi. They are a bunch of
