pretty girls in lower tiers

how do hot girls end up in middle/lower tier houses? is it their personality or what?

A lot of the time it's because they just said the wrong things during recruitment, are a different personality, or don't fit the looks of the top houses and get put in a lower one even if they're beautiful. It can be easy to fall through the cracks during rush. It's unfortunate but happens to a lot of girls. Or they chose to be in a middle/bottom house because they liked it more.

Not all pnms rank houses based on looks. Sometimes they click better or have friends in lower houses so they pick them as well.
