What's the process of getting a spot to live in your sorority's house, after your first year obviously?

Depends on how much u are involved (really hard when ur competing against the house) and your gpa

Do you really think every house operates with the same policies?

Every house has a different process for this. What makes you think they're all the same? Why don't you just wait to see if you actually join one.

Yes, exactly this.

My advice also is to try to live in your house sooner than later, and by that I mean before you turn 21. After that it may not sound all that great.
