after new PC's 2016: I know these are different than most, but this is the truth from what I have seen after this year.
Top:
APhi- honestly just hot girls. but kinda stand-offish
pi phi- so genuine and sweet, but all blondes; cookie cutter
Kappa- they have it all... looks and personality. but too many scottsdale girls, they need more diversity
GPhi- slipping I think a lot. scottsdale everywhere
Middle:
DG- chill and relaxed girls. solid middle. lots of diversity; but still have a negative stereotype
ADPi- probably has one of the hottest PC's this year. but still have a LOT of work to move up. definitely improved big time though and I give them props.
Theta- Their PC is also super hot this year; a little better than sigma now! They seriously have serious potential, but their reputation from a few years ago is still present
Sigma- They were doing so well a few years ago, but their poor sisterhood shows. Over 75% of their last pc i think dropped because they had such crappy sisterhood.(I know they are usually higher in other ranks, but honestly this is what many are starting to think.)
Bottom
ChiO- smart girls; dont go out that much tho. but their PC wasnt super impressive but have a great sisterhood!!
Aephi: honestly their PC was half and half. Staying the same.
AChiO: Try way too hard
Tri delt: SO SWEET. but i never see them out, or see them interacting with other houses. they need to gain exposure to improve.

Helloooo Pi Phi/ Kappa! :) Glad to see you've found your place on Greek Rank yet again this year! There are so many things wrong with this it's almost comical. Sigma is right below DG, followed by Theta, then ADPi. I know for a fact 75% of their last PC did not drop, otherwise they would have about 25 girls in PC 15. Every house got a hot PC this year, so many great girls came through recruitment it's impossible to have had a bad PC.

KKG = DG = KKG = DG = KKG = DG = DG = KKG etc etc etc. they are the same but different. DG is a very middle house with a mixed reputation. Their rush was good but DG will not change at all in the rankings so lets all relax.

Coming from someone in a bottom tier house, it is very, very early but I would say things are more like this:
Top tier
Aphi
Gphi
Pi phi/DG -DG got an amazing PC. You can say what you want but it is a top tier PC. And Pi phi's was not impressive...again.
Middle tier
Kappa -Needs to clean up their act. Not impressed by their PC either.
ADPi/Theta/SK- ADPi also got an amazing PC. Sorry but Theta and SK are not above ADPi any more. That house has gotten a TON better and it obviously showed this recruitment. Theta also got a good PC and looks really good. SK took some weird looking girls and they have issues with retention as well.
Bottom tier

go to bed gphi your rush was embarrassing. pi phi is a much better house. dg is not top tier. kappa is whack but are still an upper tier house like it or not. sigma is tons than adpi. like one pledge class puts adpi above sigma? please. theta is soon going to be bottom tier. and wow poor tri delta.

Come one, we've been seeing Adpis rise and SK & thetas slipping for a while. Not saying they have jumped SK, but definitely theta
