Theta isn't selective. All of them are somewhat selective though. Every sorority looks for a certain type of girl.

Honestly it's not really what house is "most selective" it's more so the houses judge you based off of if you would fit in there or would fit in better in a different house.
For example I got cut by some of the bad houses because they knew I didn't "fit in" but I wasn't cut by top houses hope this makes sense and helps!
I don't want this to come off superficial but Rush is truly about finding a house you fit in best so don't make yourself appear like something you're not
