I agree that it's Pi Phi. APhi takes the most "attractive girls" hands down but Pi Phi looks for more well rounded girls and more criteria, which to me makes them more selective.

The real answer is Kappa Sig and Alpha phi. Pike/sae and pi phi are extremely close tho
