Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Arizona - UA 2.0 OK here is the thing. Pi phi was considered a top house, even over gphi and dg years ago, and they have slipped SO much since then, but they just don't want to accept that they have been taking in weird girls year after year and other sororities are getting good/decent girls. Stop trying to blame Kappa and Sigma for you guys falling, it happens! Just stop trying so hard to blame everyone but yourselves for y'all slipping.

OK here is the thing. From a guy's perspective, Guru is right. A couple of odd ones, but every house has. Pi Phi ladies are still Top Tier, and fun, show up and support all the frats not just a couple, they're classy, and have a strong presence on campus.
