The girls are friendly enough but they definitely stay in their own circle. I wouldn’t say this is a top house anymore, because for starters their house is dingy and old and I doubt the reno will be as good as it is hyped up to be. There are some hot girls in PiPhi, but for the most part everyone is average so I wouldn’t say they are known for being good looking. Definitely seem like girls that get good grades and are classy though. I think that if PiPhi wants to move up they should really work hard to get some more hot girls and bring back that angel energy bc atm they ain’t it. But definitely middle tier with potential!!!

Since probably last year PiPhi, Kappa, and Sigma have all been toss ups against each other. They're all relatively the same in rankings, and its basically just about your personal preference of each one. Overall, they're all dope houses. End of discussion.

The majority of Pi Phi's are average, homecoming this year was not as fun as it would have been with other supposedly 'top' houses. These girls just aren't that fun to be around but they all like being in Pi Phi so I guess the sisterhood is good.
