Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Arizona - UA 2.2 They have the most messed up recruitment process I've ever seen. They separate girls into a hot side and a not side. They create slides of all PNMs and practically decide who gets a bid before recruitment starts just from looking at a picture. Unbelievably shallow and cruel.
