Alpha Epsilon Phi - ΑΕΦ Sorority at University of Arizona - UA 4.5 Hung out with a group of these girls at a late night. They were super chill, looked out for each other and a couple were real smokes. Honestly, I was really surprised in a good way. I’d hang out with these girls any time!

Alpha Epsilon Phi - ΑΕΦ Sorority at University of Arizona - UA 2.5 This house is a good place for girls to make friends and feel like they have a place, but that’s about it. There are very obvious groups that form within the chapter, some girls are pushed out and disliked because of how they look or act, or because they just can’t afford everything that comes with being in a sorority. Oh and forget about keeping friends after you drop because I’ve seen how fast they make the switch between liking people because they are “sisters” and then pretending those people don’t exist when they can no longer be a part of the chapter. Also everyone complains about the girls that don’t quite fit in, you all leave reviews about how recruitment needs to be more selective but what you don’t know is that some girls are only there because of legacies. I agree that this is a bottom house and that it’s because they haven’t gotten their names out there that much and the events aren’t always what they are made out to be. A better sisterhood and better planning would make this house amazing. Before you go through recruitment make sure you take into consideration the amount of hours you will be forced into giving up for events or study hours. Be prepared to be academically capable because if your GPA drops well then so will you, unless you like being told what you can and cannot do as discipline. At the end of the day most of these girls are fantastic, but it can get overwhelming fast and the chapter needs work to get better.

The comments are rude and untrue. The truth is that this house isn’t the most popular because it’s not a very recognized national name and because the girls are diverse. They are real girls. There are gorgeous ones and plain ones and everything in between. But they have true friendships. They do lots of stuff in big groups with their sisters. They love to go out and have a fun time. These girls are Super involved in campus and with philos. They are really underrated and great group! There are a few odd ones that bring down the reputation, but most are really great, real girls. No need need for fakeness in this house - you can just be yourself!

The girls tend to think too highly of themselves and don’t make an effort to try for anything. Also, the girls in Aephi are actually very rude and have no place to be acting the way they do.

Alpha Epsilon Phi - ΑΕΦ Sorority at University of Arizona - UA 3.0 as a new member, i am enjoying my time as a phi however there are absolutely no bonding events, all we do is get bossed around, and everything is a secret. really sucks seeing how involved with each other, other houses are. for all we have to pay we cannot have one good event it really stinks. many girls are seeing this and dropping. has much potential but not executed well.
