Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at University of Arizona - UA 3.7 No they're not a top house or even upper mid yet but based on what I've seen at those last two parties they've thrown at their new house they certainly have the potential to be. From what I've heard they can't party that much yet because they're still paying for their old house. Once that's over I could see them rising to the top very quickly. Anyone posting one star ratings here is probably an insecure ZBT or Pi Kapp.
