Good party’s consistently due to location, huge house, and large social budget. On great terms with ifc and school. Not very respected by other frats, seen as soft. Not well liked by girls, seen as boring and unattractive. Not a super close brotherhood but they are still friends. However they seem to have the most money with the best house and stay out of trouble with the school so they thrive from that
