Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Arizona - UA 3.7 Phi delts get a pretty bad reputation here, and admittedly they could step up their game when it comes to their house and their parties, but a lot of the guys are really sweet (not to mention those that are pretty good looking). No, not a top house by any means, but they're super philanthropic and Phi Delt Puppies is such a fun event. Definitely don't deserve all the hate they get, but there's a lot of room for improvement.

Phi delts get a pretty bad reputation here, and admittedly they could step up their game when it comes to their house and their parties, but a lot of the guys are really sweet (not to mention those that are pretty good looking). Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Arizona - UA 1.0 I dont know why they are so high on this site but Phi Delt at our school is considered bottom house and that hasnt changed over the last few years.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Arizona - UA 1.0 This is the first review that I have actually thought that a frat deserved a single star in each category. These guys act entitled and view themselves very highly for little to no reason. They have historically been known as the weird kids on row, though it seems Theta Xi might be taking that. Their parties get lit but only because they have been on campus for so long and own iconic spots, namely the boathouse. Their popularity on campus stems from them having historic ties to kappa sigma, without that, they might as well be Phi Tau
