I’m junior now and I think they did very well fall 21 then hit the decline spring-fall22. I think they were in trouble or something. This semester I have been to frats on only 4 different occasions and I think they are back to doing very well and having good events. I did go to their date dash and Havasu and I can say are very creative with their date events unlike others. And I think the younger girls really like them. What I don’t like exactly is their actual house layout, it used to be a preschool but can’t blame. Overall I think this next fall they probably are going to do very well. So I’d say if ur going out and don’t know much hit up theta xi, Fiji, sigep, and ZbT.

Overall a solid and very good brotherhood that has a good group of guys that are super friendly and super fun to party with and a chapter that has grown substantially from just a small group to one of the most respectable off row houses and is making more progress than a good number of newer houses on campus.
