This house has quality and then some strait goons, all so cal image. Ironically some friends of mine dropped initation day because they hated the brothers in the house. you gotta know somethings up if your guaranteed in and you drop because of the actives. Dues are outrageous 2200 a semester. I know people in there that hangout with pi kapps and fijis more than their own house. They don't even have an initiation week, which means there a social club.

Some studs in the house, they care about money more than anything when they bid, hey actually asked me what my parents income was when i rushed. Just strait shallow kids. Great physical house but thats the only reason why there even in top 3, their fraternity itself lacks quality, and they talk down to people as if their better than you. Girls like to have fun more than review your stock portfolio. Lots of girls view them as just rich creeps, all they have is their house going for them thats it. Pi Kapp and SAE are def the top
