They didn't hit their manpower (=member number) target yet, so might move off campus and lease their space to a sorority or multicultural group to buy them some time to regroup.

what are the differences between Theta Chi and Sig Ep?

I heard Kappa Sigma or Chi Psi is returning to campus and taking the sigep house?

Chi Psi is probably a better match for the school than Kappa Sigma, which tends be quite "southern." If Chi Psi gets the Sig Ep house, then they'll be able to recruit good numbers.
