why is pike still considered top tier?

I'm rushing this year and I don't understand why Pike is considered top tier in every ranking on here. I've heard that Pike only rushed ~20 kids last year, and many of the guys that I've met in the sophomore class are pretty weird. Why then are they still considered a/the top frat at NU?
