winter rush/sophmore transfer

I'm considering transferring as a sophmore to NU this winter. I know main rush is in the winter and I'd be an incoming sophmore transfer, but will I still have a shot at getting a bid, or will I not have enough time to meet people? I know one kid coming in but I don't want to bank on him too hard. Also if I don't have enough time to meet people then, is there spring rush or is this essentially my last shot? Thanks in advance to everybody.

Girls rush as sophomores without problems all the time sorry if that's not helpful but if any girls are wondering it's totally possible
