Many will debate the top 3 and rank pretty much based on who they know in each house... Essentially interchangeable, but I've ranked based on my personal experiences.Theta's latest pledge class is the hottest and most well-known on campus.

Upper mid, I would say APhi have a slight edge over PiPhi, largely different houses, with DG coming in distinctly behind the others.

Middle, again interchangeable rankings. GPhi has slightly better frat relations and social impact, while Zeta is a overall better looking... Advantage GPhi.

Lower Middle, largely similar in frat relations, social impact and looks. KD is seen as the Rainbow/alternative house where DZ has a more calm vibe... Both are chill and under-appreciated in rankings just due to the nature of greek ranks.

Under-appreciation is also true for the last two houses, with Alpha Chi slightly ahead of ChiO here... most would agree.\n\n\n\n\n

Like you said, the top 3 are interchangeable, but I've only ever seen it KKG DDD theta or DDD KKG theta. Most would agree theta falls below the top 2 by a little.

I think dg is closer to gphi than pi phi but otherwise this is perfect. Freshmen take note
