This is based off quality of social events, sorority relations, and rush.
No order with fraternities in the same row.

Would 100000000x rather mix/do anything with phi delt than phi psi, beta, delt, or pretty much any other top-middle~ish house -a girl in a well ranked sorority

They still bid freshman- that's the reason they're the only relevant fraternity without an on campus house. They were kicked off a few years ago for misconduct.
