There are a lot of threads with "personality rankings" and the top ones there are generally tridelt, piphi, zeta, gphi, sometimes kd
Personally, most of my "down to earth" sorority friends are gphi, piphi, kd in that order but there are also nice chill people in literally every single house

"Down to earth" isn't totally objective. Like some people would call DZ, KD, and AXO "down to earth," but others would call them weird. Some would call Gamma Phi and Zeta "down to earth," but it's not exactly down to earth to be obsessed with your "ranking" (although I don't think that's a fair assessment; it's understandable to want to defend yourself online, and the accusations of self-ranking only make them want to do it more).
If you're trying to choose what chapter to be in, judge each chapter based on the conversations you have with women IN THAT CHAPTER - not outside sources. Ask yourself which girls you'd most like to spend a lot, and I mean a LOT, of time with. Spending time with your sisters ends up being the majority of your Greek experience.
