because of the way sororities are, there won't be sororitys permanently "on the rise" or "falling" - pledge classes may be slightly different year to year and may be better than others, but the tiers are always the same. Last year everyone was clamoring how far DG had fallen, putting them with KD, and now all of a sudden they're with Pi Phi? they're just the same as always
