end of year top tier discussion

After reviewing a number of the whatsgoodly polls, I'm beginning to question the understood ranking of some of the top tier houses, particularly SAE's continued dominance. Unfortunately, I'm going to limit this discussion to just a few houses (as these polls allow for 4 houses max per question, and its generally the same houses thrown in).

As a rising junior in a fraternity that wasn't on the list, I don't see how people can make the claim that Sig Chi or Pike are above ZBT. I also think I'm leaning towards putting ZBT above SAE.
