most sororities mix with a decent amount of frats but the top frats only mix with 6 sororities: kappa, tridelta, theta, aphi, piphi and dg.

zeta and below (gphi, kd, dz, etc) just are not invited to mix with sae/sig chi/pike/zbt/sig ep/etc. so there are six sororities that mix with top frats and six that don't. a top half and a bottom half. this isn't an opinion, it's just how mixers work here, and I think it's a clearer way of looking at sorority rankings.

I'm not a gphi but my roommate is. This quarter, they have mixers with all 6 of the frats you mentioned in the post. Not trying to say that they are in the top 6 sororities but your information is not accurate.
