rushing as a transfer

I'm applying as an incoming transfer and am wondering about what its like to rush sororities as a sophomore. I'm coming from a big ten school where greek life is huge, and my sorority has a chapter at NU but from these posts I think its middle/bottom tier, and at my school its top. Would it be hard to get in to top tier as a sophomore transfer?

I get you wanting to pick a new chapter because they're definitely different at different schools but you will gain nothing from shooting for a top tier. Find people you like

if you've initiated in one PHA chapter you can't join another, even on a different campus. You can choose to go alum or reaffiliate here in your current chapter, but you can't do recruitment.
