from a guys opinion, this is so true. maybe pledge classes differ year to year but sorority tiers rarely will. and guys will always view top sororities as the top 3.

This is correct. sorority recruitment makes it so sorority tiers stay consistent. Greek rank is just filled with the same social climbers.
