I recently visited Northwestern (Sorority girl from different school), and the top three was distinctly defined:

Theta, Tridelta, Kappa, in no particular order. From what I hear, the exact rank fluctuates from year to year, Theta probably having the best overall pledge class this year, followed by Tridelta then Kappa. Last year it was Kappa, then Theta, then Tridelta. Year before that, Tridelta, Kappa, Theta.
These girls all make up the top tier having girls that are friends with the girls in each other's houses. They also hang out at the most fun fraternities.

General stereotypes:

Kappa: elite, cool, fun, drama
Tridelta: chill, fun, friendly, indifferent
Theta: beautiful, nice, caring, boring

the "visitor" doesn't really know anyone very well here...Theta and Kappa are usually ranked as hottest but girls in DG, Pi Phi, and tridelt are as tight (or tighter) with them than they are with each other. Also all of the 5 "most social" houses or whatever hang out at the most fun fraternities. (If you're defining most fun as including lodge, sae, pike, sig ep, etc.)

Calling bullsht on the supposed visitor. Does anyone really care enough to post about another school's greek system? The fact that a select few Northwestern sororities are constantly trolling this site is pathetic enough.
