realistically the top looks like:

SAE/Pike/ZBT/SigChi
Phi Psi

at least in terms of mixing with sororities, which is a pretty good indicator.. those four all do about the same (the best)

A Phi / Theta / Kappa / Tri-Delt

At this level, it's really just splitting hairs. More based on personality than quality of people. I would say that each of these respective frat mixes most with the sorority right below it.

Phi Psi / Beta/ Delt / Phi Delt
Pi Phi / DG / Zeta / GPhi

Pi Phi and DG are a notch above the others, but generally upper-middle to lower-middle tier.
