Delt and Sig Nu are on the up now that they both have their houses back

I've also been hearing really great things about sigma chi, their sophomore/junior class is pretty awesome and they have great parties

Sigma Chi is a good fraternity but they are in no way "on the rise". They've been the same for the last four years

there are hot and cool guys in each frat, just some are more chill than others...
personally, I don't care what frat a guys in as long as they're cute and mature
