Phi Psi will always be a bunch of try hards. They never have been top, and never will. Their chapter has never even been kicked off before. They've never been cool. Just a random group of guys sharing letters wishing they were better than they were. Id have to have someone really convince me before I even considered them and higher than middle. And Nice try "frosh", the freshman have said nothing but negatives about the sausage fests that are known as phi psi events.

The sorority list is on point, thought I might bump DZ to middle tier.
The fraternity list is definitely not totally correct. Pike will realistically be kicked off campus relatively soon, and SAE has the volume but not the quality. I wouldn't say there's a definitive top tier fraternity this year, though sigma chi/delt definitely should be bumped to "top" if there is one.

Sigma chi hasnt had an event in soo long and delt is laughable. no way they get good pledge classes and are top. Delt will never be the same tier as sig chi
